Hello, AuBi Galaxy is running @ Mesocentre Clermont Auvergne !
This Galaxy instance has been configured such that only users who are logged in may use it.
Users having an account at UCA Mesocentre can connect with the same email address and password. Others should request an account by sending an email to support.dsi@uca.fr
Galaxy runnning on version 22.05 since January 22th, 2024.
Please check the release notes for more informations.
Galaxy is an open, web-based platform for accessible, reproducible, and transparent computational biological research.
Accessible: Users can easily run tools without writing code or using the CLI; all via a user-friendly web interface.
Reproducible: Galaxy captures all the metadata from an analysis, making it completely reproducible.
Transparent: Users share and publish analyses via interactive pages that can enhance analyses with user annotations.
Scalable: Galaxy can run on anything, from a laptop, to large clusters or the cloud.
Workflow develpped at AuBi
Calculate pore diameter is a workflow to calculate and visualize the pore diameter of aquaporins (AQP) over time. 5 new tools have been added in CHEMICAL TOOLBOX Section, and a workflow is available from "Shared Data > Workflows" pannel.
Individual tools are:
GROMACS check
estimate sub_trajectories or cut trajectory
calculate pore diameter of AQP
concatenate lines of multi tables
visualize pore diameter of AQP
Developed within the framework of the UCA Master 2 Bioinformatics; coordinated by the UMR PIAF, member of the AuBi platform
Training
We regularly provide workshops
But we cannot always meet capacity, so we've put all of our training
materials online. This has become a community project with people from all
over the world contributing training materials.
Topics include: variant analysis, transcriptomics, metagenomics, epigenetics, and many more!
